Hey Reader!

Several months ago, I learned a stat that’s lived rent-free in my brain ever since:

Over 88% of small businesses owned by women and racialized founders stay stuck under 6-figures.

These stats were mostly based on women-owned businesses in general, which means the percentage of BIPOC founders is even higher. So our community gets trapped struggling as solopreneurs, under-resourced, and are significantly more likely to burn out – despite our businesses funding our local economies and supporting our families.

It’s not because we lack vision or aren’t capable. It’s because, as human-centred and heart-centred entrepreneurs, we’re taught empire-building playbooks that don’t serve us and never have.

We end up caught in capacity leaks—doing all our own marketing, fulfillment, and operations until we burn out. Or we under-price, over-give, and end up… well, burnt out, because that’s what we’re told it means to serve our communities.

But I truly believe that the world can be different, Reader. And so can our businesses.

That’s exactly why I’ve created the Build Ecosystems, Not Empires™ Summit.

The Build Ecosystems, Not Empires Summit is a free 3-day virtual event from September 22nd-24th, built by and for purpose-driven BIPOC founders. You’ll learn the powerful mindset shifts and human-centred growth strategies to scale to 6-figures and generate community wealth as your business grows.

During our 3 days together, you’ll learn from 20+ founders who’ve each grown their own purpose-driven businesses. They’ll help you:

• Grow your business in alignment with your values, mission, and activism so your business truly feels like you.
• Market your work boldly and unapologetically, in a way that deepens relationships with your community and pays you a salary (and a generous one at that).
• Design products and service offerings that are easeful, joyful, AND profitable. No more spreading yourself thin.
• Be in community with other BIPOC founders and allies who are growing their purpose-driven brands alongside you.
• Own your identity as a badass CEO and make decisions from a place of self-trust, intuition, and purpose.

And the summit is completely free to attend.

Me and the team have been working on this summit for months and it truly lights me up to finally share it with you. Whether you’re a solo founder who’s been growing your heart-centred biz for a while, or you’re early in your journey, we designed this event for you.
