A lot’s happened since I last wrote to you.

I closed both of my businesses that I've been running for a decade, went on a long vacation to Mexico City and Oaxaca, and now, I’m in the process of launching something brand spanking new!

For context, I've always dreamed of building a business that unapologetically fuses entrepreneurship and social justice. This newsletter and community have been my passion project for years and now I'm SO excited to finally make it my main focus.

Allow me to introduce Founding Possibilities: a growth studio helping justice-driven BIPOC founders build 7-figure brands that LIFT UP our communities.

You might be wondering: why 7-figures?

Because for BIPOC founders who care deeply about justice and our communities, 7-figures isn't about personal luxury (though that's nice, too). It's about community power.

At 7-figures, we can move from surviving to thriving. And from giving back to lifting up. That looks like:

Community Overflow:

• Capital to invest in a team and ensure that everyone - from your employees to suppliers and YOU - are paid well and cared for.
• Capital to fund scholarships, community programs, and create infrastructure that you wouldn't have been able to before.
• Flexibility to say "no" to exploitative partnerships and "yes" to values-aligned collaborations. And the power to create those opportunities for others.

Movement Power:

• Financial & brand firepower to call out injustice when others can't or won't.
• A platform to amplify marginalized voices and causes that deserve more visibility.
• Influence to change industry standards within and set a new bar for what business should be.

Personal -> Collective Liberation:

• Spaciousness to lead from a place of clarity and calm, rather than scarcity or fear.
• Resources to invest in your un/learning and break cycles of generational trauma.
• The ability to build wealth - not just generational wealth for your families, but collective wealth that benefits the rest of your community.

The reality is – all of this is more attainable than we think. And no, you don't have to sell your soul to reach 7-figures.

I’m on this journey with you. My previous businesses didn’t quite hit the 7-figure mark, but we came close while staying unapologetically true to our values. I’ve seen firsthand how these systems work, and I'm committed to proving that change is possible: business can be generative and healing, instead of extractive or exploitative.

This is why our rallying cry is: build ecosystems – not empires.

And I’d love you to join me.

Our approach is a mix of hands-on building, strategic coaching, and done-with-you consulting. We’re still in pre-launch mode, but here’s what you can expect this year:

• Content, workshops and trainings at the intersection of entrepreneurship and social justice
• Opportunities to connect with values-aligned founders through virtual and in-person gatherings🥰
• One-on-one support with authentic marketing, strategic operations, and building a high-performing values-aligned team
